We understand the importance of your privacy. Due to the sensitive information we receive as your broker, we want to assure you that your privacy is legally protected. We only release your information with your permission or as permitted by law. Even if you no longer require our services, we will continue to respect your privacy, and all information obtained during our customer relationship will be held in the strictest confidence. PHI, or personal health information, includes information on applications or information provided to us in the course of our professional relationship. We take every reasonable safeguard to protect your information, whether it is electronic or physical measures, thus complying with federal privacy laws, such as HIPAA.

To employers, all available de-identified claims data and information affecting cost will be disclosed to you consistent basis. To the employee, we promise to act as a resource to help research consumer pricing for medical and prescription costs.

Our employees continually go to training sessions, seminars, and other types of knowledge building activities so that we can provide you with the best, most accurate, and most up to date information. Additionally, all employees maintain proper credentialing for licensing and continuing education requirements. All of Palmetto Benefit Management’s service staff hold degrees and are licensed in Life, Accident and Health Insurance.
