Brian Stritt

Brian founded Palmetto Benefit Management in 1999 after serving as a sales representative in the group health benefit arena for 8 years. The direction of the agency has followed his vision to become the leading benefits consultant in the southeast. In addition to managing the operations of the agency, he is responsible for all pricing matters to include initial and renewal negotiations with carriers. Read more
Brian Bannon

Brian opened our Charleston office in 2009 as the managing partner. In addition to directing our low-country operations, he is responsible for business development and client relations. Brian’s main areas of focus are sales, consulting, account retention, relationship management, and strategic leadership direction. Read more
Heather Edwards

Heather is responsible for all customer service and account management positions within PBM. She also serves as Account Manager, in which she performs on-site enrollments and benefits meetings and provides all communication materials. With her extensive background in benefits administration and her master’s in Human Resource Development, she is also available for HR support and compliance guidance. Read more

As an Account Manager, Jenny is responsible for the day to day interaction between the HR coordinator and PBM. She performs on-site enrollments and benefits meetings and provides all communication materials as required by your needs. Having previously served as Human Resources Coordinator for a large government entity, she also has insight to the legal as well as situational needs of our client base. Read more
Linda Hanford
Eastern Michigan University, BA Early Childhood Education
Our original employee, Linda is the primary contact for all of your employees’ benefits and claims questions or issues. She also handles billing inquiries and resolves issues between insurers and providers. She has past experience in provider billing which allows her unique insight into claims filing procedures, which significantly speeds resolution time and minimizes employee frustration. Read more
Melissa Stephens

Melissa started in the industry in 2003. Certified IRD/DOL 550 Account Executive with experience in Relius online systems. She joined Palmetto Benefit Management in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative supporting our clients with claims resolution, enrollments, and general employee benefit questions. Read more
